Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SAVR application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of SAVR after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a SAVR account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To use SAVR, you must create an account with a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Flash Deal Terms

Flash deals are posted by restaurants and are subject to availability. SAVR acts as a platform connecting diners with restaurant offers and is not a party to the dining transaction. Deals may have specific terms including minimum spend, maximum party size, or time restrictions, which are displayed on each deal card. Restaurants reserve the right to modify or withdraw deals at any time. Claimed deals are valid for the duration shown at the time of claiming.

5. SAVR Key Usage

Your SAVR Key is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing, duplicating, or manipulating your SAVR Key to obtain unauthorised discounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. Each SAVR Key can only be used once per claimed deal.

6. Payment Terms

When you pay through the SAVR app, you authorise us to process the payment on behalf of the restaurant. All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams). The discounted amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the restaurant's refund policy. SAVR is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or the dining experience.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: create multiple accounts to claim the same deal more than once; use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform; interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' experience; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the SAVR app; provide false or misleading information; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the SAVR Platform are owned by SAVR Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. Restaurant logos, names, and images displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

SAVR provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that deals will always be available, that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular restaurant will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAVR Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, restaurants, or the SAVR Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
